Kisia Godfrey
Audiology Technician
Kisia grew up and attended school in Cedar Hill, TX, and graduated in 2025.
Before joining the world of hearing care, Kisia worked as a licensed medical assistant with an allergy and ENT specialty. After more than 16 years of clinical experience with internal medicine, making house calls, and providing geriatric care, she decided to change her focus and work within hearing care to learn a different side of healthcare and gain more in-depth experience.
At Audiology Associates of DFW, her role as an audio technician is varied. Her responsibilities include seeing drop-in patients for in-house repairs, cleanings, and pick-ups; connectivity troubleshooting; writing up repairs; boxing up and shipping repairs; checking in orders and repairs; preparing supplies and delivery bags; and supporting the front office.
Kisia takes pride in making sure our patients’ needs are met and providing strong support for our team. She loves helping patients with their hearing aids, whether it’s solving connectivity issues or saving their hearing aids when all hope feels lost.
When she’s not working, Kisia enjoys traveling with her family.
If you could have dinner with one person, who would you choose?
I would have to say my mother since she's gone to a better place, but if I had to choose someone living, it would be Jason Momoa – I mean, look at him lol!
