Rachel Matthews

Rachel grew up in Grand Prairie, TX, and graduated from South Grand Prairie High School.

With over 15 years of administrative and operational experience, Rachel brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach to her role at Audiology Associates of DFW.

Her daily responsibilities include greeting patients and creating a welcoming front office experience; managing and confirming appointments to keep the schedule running smoothly; maintaining accurate patient records in the system; and supporting overall clinic flow by balancing phones, front desk needs, and team priorities.

Rachel loves helping people feel comfortable, supported, and taken care of, especially in a setting where communication and connection are so important.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and practicing yoga. She also enjoys unwinding with a good movie.
